These terms cover your use of the Henos Soccer Academy website. Using the site means you are okay with what is written here.

About this site

This website describes soccer training offered by Henos Soccer Academy, run by Coach Awet Berhane in Silver Spring, Maryland. It is here for information and for contacting me about training.

Sending the form is not a registration

Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a spot, enroll a player or create an agreement. A player is registered once we have spoken, the membership terms are agreed and payment is arranged.

Pricing and membership

Membership is $150 per month per child. New members also pay a one time $100 registration fee alongside the first month. Payment is by Zelle or card, arranged directly with me.

Prices on this site may change. The price that applies to you is the one confirmed directly with me when you sign up. Session times, locations and group sizes can change with the seasons, the weather and field availability.

Participation and safety

Soccer is a physical sport and carries a real risk of injury. By enrolling a player, a parent or guardian accepts that risk. Please make sure your player is healthy enough to train, and tell me about any medical condition, allergy or injury I should know about before the first session.

Henos Soccer Academy does not provide medical insurance for participants. Parents and guardians are responsible for their own coverage.

Players and families are expected to treat teammates, coaches and facilities with respect. That is one of the values this academy is built on, and I reserve the right to end a membership if it is not upheld.

Accuracy of the information here

I keep this site accurate and current to the best of my ability, but I cannot promise it is free of errors or always up to date. For anything that matters, call or text me and confirm.

The Henos Soccer Academy name, crest, photos and written content belong to Henos Soccer Academy. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

This site links to YouTube and may link to other outside services. I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Henos Soccer Academy is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
