Henos Soccer Academy is a small youth soccer training program run by Coach Awet Berhane in Silver Spring, Maryland. This page explains what happens to the information you share with me through this website. It is written plainly on purpose.
What I collect
When you fill out the form on this site, I receive what you typed into it. That is your name, your phone number, your email address if you chose to add one, the player's age, the type of training you are interested in, your availability, when you want to start, and anything you wrote in the message box.
I do not collect anything else. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no analytics cookies on this site. If you play the training video, YouTube loads only at that moment, and only after you click it. YouTube may then set its own cookies, which are governed by Google's privacy policy rather than mine.
Information about children
This site is written for parents and guardians, not for children. The form asks for a player's age and nothing else about the child. It does not ask for a child's name, photo, address, school or contact information. Please do not submit that information through the form. If you would like me to know more about your player, tell me on the phone or in person.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, call or text me at (571) 477-9776 and I will delete it.
How I use it
I use what you send for one purpose. To contact you about soccer training with Henos Soccer Academy and to answer your questions. That is the whole list.
I do not sell your information. I do not rent it, trade it or share it with advertisers, and I do not add you to a marketing list.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered through the service that hosts this website, which stores them so they can be emailed to me. Their staff can technically access that data in the course of running the service, and they are bound by their own privacy terms. Beyond that, no one but me sees what you send.
I may share information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiries for as long as it is useful to follow up, and I delete them when they are no longer relevant. If you want your information removed sooner, just ask.
Your choices
- See it. Ask me what I have on file and I will tell you.
- Correct it. Tell me what is wrong and I will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask and I will remove it.
- Stop hearing from me. Say the word and I will not contact you again.

Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions travel encrypted. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial account details or identification numbers through the form.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
